Dr. Joseph C. D’Amore is a general dentist who practices cosmetic, implant, prosthetic, and restorative dentistry.

Dr. D’Amore completed his graduate studies at The New York University College of Dentistry where he received top honors. He completed a surgical externship program at Bellevue Medical Center, a well-known trauma center in Manhattan. Dr. D’Amore then finished a postdoctoral specialized training program for one year at Hackensack University Medical Center.  Dr. D’Amore has been the recipient of numerous awards, including New York University Bernard E. Rudner Memorial Award for superior performance in oral comprehensive care. Dr. D’Amore maintains a private practice at the studio in general, cosmetic, implant, and reconstructive dentistry in beautiful Montclair, NJ. He is fluent in both Italian and Spanish.

Dr. D’Amore is also the co-director of the AAID New York Maxicourse.  Dr. D’Amore is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, where he is recognized as an Associate Fellow of the Academy. Membership is granted to those demonstrating clinical proficiency in surgical and prosthetic dental implant techniques, in-depth knowledge of dental implants, and commitment to excellence in implant dental practice. Dr. D’Amore has been published in the prestigious Journal of Oral Implantologyand the Journal of the Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. D’Amore recently became board certified in Implant Dentistry by achieving Diplomate status with The American Board of Oral Implantology.  The American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry is the premier implantology certifying organization recognized by the American Board of Dental Specialties (ABDS).  The ABOI/ID Diplomate designation symbolizes the highest level of competence in implant dentistry. Certification by the ABOI/ID attests to the fact that a dentist has demonstrated knowledge, ability, and proficiency in implant dentistry through a rigorous examination process.
